Born and raised in Newcastle, Australia, Angela made the move to London in late 2024. Angela brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in a range of sporting areas. Having graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2020 she spent the next few years working at a Musculoskeletal Private Practice in her home city.

After playing competitive level netball for many years, Angela developed a passion for movement and learnt just how important it is to keep all aspects of the body fit and functioning at the highest level. This has transferred strongly into her practice as a Physiotherapist and encouraged her to work as a Physiotherapist for one of the local netball associations as well as a local Football Club.

Whilst working in Australia, Angela completed further training in Sports Physiotherapy, Dry Needling and other Professional Development courses. She remains up to date with the current research and best practice guidelines and ensures this is routinely put into practice to develop comprehensive diagnoses and rehabilitation programs.

Angela took up running a number of years ago alongside her netball and completed her first marathon in Mudgee, Australia in 2023. She is currently training for London Marathon 2025 and looks forward to working alongside many others training for 2025 running events.

When Angela isn’t working you’ll find her searching for the best coffee, running around her local common or with her head tucked in a good book.
