Additionally, you'll enjoy virtual catch-up calls at the start of weeks 3 and 6 to ensure you're on the right track.

There is no harm in continuing this programme beyond the 8 weeks, however please also note that your strength training may need to change once you are entering your marathon block to reflect the changes in the load to your body. We recommend for you to commence an in-season training programme or commence an individualised programme. Please reach out to us if you wish to continue your training.
