Julia is a passionate and driven physiotherapist, dedicated to empowering individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their peak physical performance. Her own fitness journey began with playing championship football for Watford Ladies from a young age, which ignited a fascination with the human body and its capabilities. This early experience, coupled with her current involvement in competitive Hyrox events across Europe (Berlin, London, Stuttgart) and half marathon training, gives her a unique understanding of the demands placed on athletes and the importance of tailored rehabilitation.
Julia's academic and professional journey has taken her across the UK, from her Sports Science degree in Nottingham to completing her Physiotherapy Master’s in central London at King’s College London. This foundation is complemented by extensive clinical NHS experience in musculoskeletal, respiratory, and neurorehabilitation. She further hones her expertise as a Personal Trainer at a strength and conditioning gym in Mayfair, where she develops personalised training programmes for diverse needs and fitness goals. This experience provides her with in-depth knowledge of biomechanics and exercise prescription, which she integrates into her physiotherapy practice.
Julia's commitment to comprehensive care is reflected in her additional qualifications in sports massage and sports taping. She is also currently pursuing a qualification in dry needling, further expanding her skill set to provide evidence-based treatment options for clients. Her dedication to continuous professional development ensures that she remains at the forefront of her field. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, Julia is committed to helping you reach your goals.
