The Running Room exists to provide runners and active individuals with the highest level of care in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Our running physio treatments are always one-on-one and utilise the best available evidence to create individualised treatment strategies tailored to you. We are highly experienced in treating running related injuries, bone stress injuries, tendinopathies, sporting injuries as well as rehabilitation after injury and surgical intervention.
The Running Room is more than your average physiotherapy clinic. It is a concept and global community where we blend expert hands-on physiotherapy with a holistic rehabilitation approach. This includes cutting-edge biomechanical and strength assessments, alongside strength, conditioning, and mobility programs previously only accessible to elites.

What you can expect when you attend The Running Room
Comprehensive subjective interview:
Our expert running physios explore your injury in great detail taking a deep dive into your symptoms, training load, past injury history, footwear, to get to the cause of your injury and set shared goals for your rehabilitation.
Objective Examination:
In-depth clinical analysis to get to a clear diagnosis and understanding of contributing factors to your injury or reduced performance
Elite Running Assessment:
The Running Room’s Running analysis utilises our unique instrumented treadmills equipped with pressure plates, and high speed motion capture technology. Our technology and protocol is now being used globally and we teach our Running Room approach to other clinicians.
Strength Testing:
We Utilise VALD force decks and dynamometry to identify strength and functional deficits. This guides our personalised rehabilitaion and performance programs.
Hands-On Physiotherapy:
Immediate pain relief through manual therapy, including massage, joint mobilizations, and neural glides. We get you out of pain fast to get you back to running faster.
Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation:
We have developed The Running Room fundamentals - strength, performance and rehabilitation programs, scientifically proven to enhance recovery and performance, available in-clinic and online.
